Congratulations on your engagement and future wedding! Your wedding is and will be one of the most important days of your life. The pictures taken help freeze those sacred and memorable moments in time. It is important to find a photographer of high caliber that can capture those moments beautifully. With every wedding there comes lots of planning, events, and things to remember. I like to make the photography end the least stressful and smoothest process of wedding. A check list is provided to every couple with possible picture ideas. It can be easy and unintentional to forget to have a picture with someone that day. That is where I come in to help. A photographer should be your “right hand man” so all you have to worry about is enjoying your special day.

Package 1: $1000
Package 1 Digital includes documentation of the wedding ceremony, formal portraits and general friends and family photos and one hour of wedding reception coverage. A minimum of 75 images. You will receive on set of professional 4x6 prints archived in a protective album.

Package 2 : $1,300
Package 2 Digital includes documentation of the wedding ceremony, formal portraits and general friends and family photos and two hours of wedding reception coverage. A minimum of 100 images. You will receive one set of professional 4x6 prints archived in a protective album. You will also receive (2) 8x12 enlargements, and (3) 5x7 enlargements of your choice, suitable for framing.

Package 3: $1,600
Package 3 Digital includes documentation of the wedding ceremony, formal portraits and general friends and family photos and 4 hours of coverage of the wedding reception. A minimum of 150 images. You will receive one set of professional 4x6 prints archived in protective albums. Additionally, you will receive (2) 8x12 enlargements, (3) 5x7 enlargements, and (1) 10x15 enlargement, of your choice, suitable for framing.

Package 4: $2,000
Package 4 Digital includes documentation of the wedding ceremony, formal portraits and general friends and family photos and full coverage of the wedding reception. A minimum of 200 images. You will receive one set of professional 4x6 prints archived in protective albums. Additionally, you will receive (1) 11x14 enlargement, (3) 8x12 enlargements, (6) 5x7 enlargements suitable for framing. All full size edited files on DVD is also included.

Deposit :
A deposit of $200 is required to reserve photography services. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the contracted date, after that date the deposit is nonrefundable.

Portraits

Engagement Location Shoot
$150 / hr
Tavares Photography will travel to two nearby locations of your choice within the bay area. We can discuss possible candid and posed photograph ideas that will work well with those locations

Children’s Location Shoot
$125 / hr
Tavares Photography will travel to your home to take candid and posed photographs of your child or children. After, we can also go to a nearby site such as a park, beach, or other outdoor location of your choice

Family Location Shoot
$175 / hr
Tavares Photography will take the same type of pictures as listed above under Children’s Location Shoot. We will also add parents, grandparents, pets, or other special family members into the shoot. To meet your needs, a variety of combinations and groups will be arranged

Tavares Photography shoots them all! We have captured Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, family reunions, milestone anniversaries, proms, graduations, company parties, marathons, corporate events, and more.
